At WAWE, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our premium standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for unused and unworn products in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return. - Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or limited-edition pieces.
Accessories or items sold under clearance or discount offers. - Return Process
Contact our support team at support@waweofficial.com or message us on Instagram @wawe_officials within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video or images (for quality verification).
Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the item back safely. - Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only after the product passes quality inspection at our warehouse.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer. - Exchange Option
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or variant, please mention it during your return request. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth replacement process. - Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a video of the unboxing. We’ll resolve the issue immediately with a replacement or full refund.
